After 15 years, the owners of this downtown Wellington apartment wanted a change. In what began as a straight forward re-organisation project soon evolved into a more comprehensive renovation involving structural work and refurbishment - a full remodel.

Building work took six weeks. The project finished with a special reveal to the delight of the clients who had been away for the duration.
